Cellulose Material Solutions, LLC (CMS) a fast growing, local manufacturing company, producing innovative products from recycled fibers for multiple industries, is looking to fill a Full Time Line Operator/Foreman position.
This position will be responsible for maintaining equipment productivity and efficiency for their shift by completing the following duties:
- Coordinate with Production Supervisor for proper plant start up and shut down.
- Monitoring production and adjusting work assignments, supply of materials, and machine operation when necessary.
- Verifies and signs off on quality checks performed by the Quality Control Technicians on their shift.
- Periodically re calibrates test equipment.
- Train general labor employees in their job duties as needed.
Previous manufacturing experience/leadership is required.
Candidates must have the ability to work a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule after training is complete.
Candidates must have good communication and people skills, be very detail oriented, able to multi-task and work well under deadlines. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
