Required Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Business, or relate field.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing facility.
- 3+ years’ experience in a managerial role with direct reports.
- Working knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with various industry wide tools including DMAIC process, Lean Six Sigma, 5S + 1, Kaizen, VSM, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, RCA, PDCA, 8D.
- Results-driven self-starter able to work independently with minimal assistance and direction to make decisions, solve problems, achieve corporate goals and objectives and, most importantly, inspire and lead.
- Prior experience and responsibility for development, implementation and management of robust Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO9000 certification and surveillance audits.
- Experience with ISO13485 compliance a plus.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong collaborative work ethic and ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels of the organization.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in time and project management; ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.

- Workshop and facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
