The primary responsibility of the Process Technician is to run production orders while monitoring daily scrap rates and number of tools running. Consistently acts and behaves in a manner that supports high performance team-based organization, effectively working to manage aspects of daily production needs including safety, quality and scrap.
Responsibilities Include:
- Insure all scheduled tools are running on assigned production lines
- Troubleshoot all process related quality or line issue and make corrections which may include basic programming
- Escalate quality issues or any interruption to meeting customer demand
- Monitors and records scrap rates on assigned lines
- May train team members on how to correctly run product in accordance to quality standards
- Insures that the daily process checklist is being understood and followed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years manufacturing experience performing
- Able to work either 1st shift or 3rd shift

Being able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds when needed. Division of duties within production and office settings.
