The Installation Supervisor will be part of the KION Group - Mobile Automation team! Tasks and Qualifications:
Core Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, advice, coaching and support to the AGV Install team to achieve performance objectives and promote a positive team environment and culture
Focused on solutions, considers the big picture, thinks logically and solves problems successfully
To assist the Installation Manager with process/quality improvements to better existing installation activities
Develop installation strategy for different AGV applications
Audit active installation sites for continuous improvement
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide Installation team members with, up to date, on the job training
Provide the Project team with system start up and go-live support, as needed
Stay current on hardware and software configurations and features
You may be asked to carry out other duties not listed here but considered to be within your capability / capacity
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position at a supervisory level
Associate degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training
Strong people management and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and solution focused
Understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines
Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Project, Excel,Word,and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing large AGVS sites
Proficient with AutoCAD
Ability to interface at all levels of the organization within and outside of the company
Demonstrated self-confidence, honesty, and integrity
Excellent Negotiation Skills
Travel Requirements:
50% - 60% travel (including international)
