Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for multiple full timeSite Quality Coordinators. This position is project based; travel required for the role.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive quality of complex projects in a fast pace environment. The Site Quality Coordinator will ensure that project quality requirements are met by performing receiving inspection. This includes communicating findings to management, developing and supporting Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and managing non-conforming material and the quarantine area. This role will partner and collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical Installation, Pre-Commissioning to train, mentor, and coach the installation teams how to correctly install Dematic product.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38,000-$86,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Perform receiving inspection of incoming assemblies, materials, etc.
Report finding to mfg, resale, etc
Develop CAR
Manage non-conforming product/material and quarantine area
Develop standard workmanship Quality manual
Partner with Mechanical Pre-commissioning (MPC) to support Installation Quality initiative, and participate in verification of corrected Action Item List (AIL) items (MPC currently spot checks corrected items)
Collaborate closely with Mechanical Installation (MI), Electrical Installation (EI), and the Quality department to drive ppm's down and address issues related to products, processes, documentation.
Partner with on-site installation leadership MI and EI supervisors and provide support for training, mentoring, and coaching the installation teams how to correctly install Dematic product.
What We Are Looking For:
GED required; Associate's degree preferred
2 - 5 years of experience in quality control/assurance or inspection/production experience.
Previous experience in Industrial setting as Mechanic, Technician, or Engineer preferred.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability
Capability to maintain a positive attitude through changes and collaborative with team.
Bending, squatting, climbing, pulling, twisting, working at elevated heights.
Frequent lifting up to 50lbs.
Must be able to work under pressure and independently.
Project based role that can last approximately 6- 8 months depending on project. Travel is required.
Work environment characteristics can vary. While performing the duties of this job, the employee can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions; extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather). Noise level in the work environment can be moderate to loud.
