The Iron County Medical Care Facility (ICMCF) is sponsoring participation in a Certified Nursing Assistant Class.
The class will be blended learning with both classroom learning and in-person clinicals required.
COMPENSATION. While attending class, you will be paid minimum wage. Upon successful completion of the class, you will be offered full-time employment (or part-time, if preferred) with an immediate pay increase to $15.85 per hour and another increase to $16.33 per hour after 6 months. In addition, you will be eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus (after 2,080 hours of service).
Priority hiring consideration given to applicants able to work full-time.

Hours worked in excess of 8 consecutive hours are paid at time and one-half.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A desire to learn and care for others in a long-term care setting.
