Mfg Assoc Certifier - 2nd shift
Overview
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.
Responsibilities
* Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
* Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
* Floor Lead when supervisor is not around.
* Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
* Track each load accurately
* Accurately count all pallets
* Maintain pace of pallet configuration
* Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
* Identify priorities and coordinate resources
* Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
* Recommend process improvements
* Coordinate picker and loader team
* Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
* Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”
* Other duties as Assigned
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* CDL or CDL permit preferred
* 2 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Warehousing leadership experience.
* Forklift experience
* Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
* Experience working a flexible schedule including afternoons, late nights and/or weekends
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
* Be able to carry up to 85 lbs repeatedly

Working Shift:
* Monday-Friday, starting hour 1pm or 2pm
