Security Technology Solutions Executive devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Executive Security Technology Solutions requires a in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide.
Responsibilities
The Security Technology Solutions (STS) Executive will directly report to the Chief Information Security Officer and Head, IT Operations. The STS Executive will be responsible for engineering and development of security capabilities across the organization. The leader will drive change, simplify the environment, improve agility and deliver sustainable security solutions for Humana.
Key Responsibilities
Set technology vision for the execution of Identity, Access management (Consumer and workforce), Cybersecurity Data Analytics, Cloud security engineering and security capabilities engineering.
As the Executive of Security Technology Solutions, you will lead a team of 100+ team-members.
Key stakeholder in selecting security technologies
Maintain and transform security tools and technologies, to simplify the ecosystem
Lead with clear metrics and data to ensure effective use of technologies
Expand agile practices while fostering a business-oriented culture and mindset.
Lead the Development Operations of all components across IAM, CDA and Security engineering to deliver secure, reliable and sustainable capabilities.
Act as a trusted advisor, and build & maintain relationships with other EIP and IT leaders and executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs and enable cost- effective and innovative shared solutions accordingly.
Define and implement the Security Technology Solutions strategy, vision and roadmaps in coordination other key stakeholders including our Technology vendors; ensure its integration with the enterprise's strategic planning process, and the resulting security, IT and business strategy and plans.
Design and ensure implementation of standard operating procedures & policies with an oversight of quality, standard performance metrics, service level requirements and dashboards of platform performance.
Design the contracts with managed service providers and review the terms and conditions for suitable changes on a frequent basis. Utilize effective QBR cadence to drive operational performance and efficient coordination.
Drive transformation of security capabilities to meet the shifting expectations of key stakeholders and stay tunes with the emerging technology landscape.
Drive continued efforts in transforming the operating platforms, including the rollout of new capabilities.
Key Candidate Qualifications
Minimum 5 years with extensive experience as a leader and demonstrated success in building and maintaining high performing teams.
Minimum 10 years, combined experience in Identity, Access management (Consumer and workforce), Cybersecurity Data Analytics, Cloud security engineering and security capabilities engineering.
Experience leading change management.
Strong technology and business acumen.
Strong problem-solving skills in a complex environment, as well as, experience in instituting quality and continuous management principles into practice.
Ability to build a strong partnership with the business with exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong vendor management and partner relation skills with prior experience in oversight and management of contracts.
Ability to establish vision and mission and identify solutions to complex technology opportunities.
Have a forward-looking approach and ability to continually improve service while adapting to changing business needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the delivery teams.
