Provide leadership and direction to assigned Business System analysts to assure that goals and standards of all areas are being met. Responsible for providing leadership support for multiple projects and production deployments of low to high complexity. Responsible to coordinate the development and implementation of programs and strategies to improve organizational processes and service. Provide technical and analytical support to specific departmental and corporate initiatives. Responsible for supporting multiple complex projects by leading teams in researching and analyzing business requirements and prototyping system capabilities to identify and build system solutions. Plan, monitor and track the enterprise operational department's overall work intake and project efforts. Have a sound understanding of applicable business or clinical systems and industry requirements, formulates and defines large and/or complex systems scopes and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering software applications, capacity, resource availability, operating time and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Participates in project leadership by documenting scope and defining implementation procedures. Provides technical project management, often leading work on new implementations and upgrades of related systems and handling multiple projects simultaneously. Documents and drives best system implementation practices throughout the system. Demonstrated ability to successfully define an approach including business requirement gathering, prioritization, testing, documentation and training.
Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Health Care related field
Experience - 5 years of relevant experience in Leading teams in use/configuration/maintenance/testing of FACETS software (or comparable healthcare payer business system) Experience with FACETS Software preferably in one or more of the following areas: Pricing configuration/maintenance, Provider configuration/maintenance, Product configuration/maintenance, Group Administration configuration/maintenance, Enrollment maintenance, Claims Leadership and/or analyst experience required with demonstrated experience in operational analysis, data analysis, and problem resolution type projects and activities 7 years of relevant experience in Experience formulating and documenting functional and system requirements Provide expert system consultation that supports solutions Experience reporting metrics and create project dashboards Background in health care, sciences or information systems
Experience - Experience in systems development lifecycle including, requirements gathering and design Participant in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation
