Job Overview
We are currently looking for a 1st ShiftHVAC Technician to join our team in Holland, MI.
As an HVAC Technician, you will:
Design, build, install, and maintainHeating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems across our Holland location. Provideservices or equipment necessary to maintain HVAC and energy management systems in routine or emergency situations to all Haworth facilities. Perform extensive troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, including on plumbing and electrical systems related to HVAC equipment. Work with outside contractors and vendors on quotes, service issues, and installations.Ensureduties are completed adhering to company and government-mandated safety guidelines and regulations.
The standard hours of the role are from Monday to Friday 730 am - 4 pm.

Do you have these required qualifications?
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
Must be willing to obtain a State of Michigan contractor's certification in heating/cooling certification level 2(HVAC equipment)
Must be willing to obtain a State of Michigan contractor's certification in heating/cooling certification level6 (Unlimited heating service)
Must be willing to obtain a State of Michigan contractor's certification in heating/cooling certification either level7 (limited refrigeration and air conditioning service) or level 8 (unlimited refrigeration and air conditioning service)
Must be able and maintain an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification to perform refrigerant recovery
Experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment, including related electrical and plumbing systems
Ability to cMust be able and maintain limbs ladders and or machinery, stoop, crouch, twist, kneel, crawl, and walk to access repair area, while carrying or moving tools and repair parts, including overhead and floor to waist lifting of materials weighing over 50 pounds
ability to legally drive in State of Michigan
Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses and training for Industrial Powered Fork Trucks, Aerial Lift and Fall Protection, Overhead Crane, Lock-Out Tag-Out, Electrical Safety, and Confined Space Entry
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Building Management System (BMS) experience
State of Michigan contractor's certification in heating/cooling, any level
Advanced education in HVAC field
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Experience overseeing contractors, vendors, or suppliers
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
