We are looking for an office assistant. The starting pay rate is $15 per hour. We offer HSA or traditional medical plans, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life/Disability options, 401K with company match and paid time off. We also provide a company funded life insurance policy.
Order entry, including creating production work orders and printing bar code labels. Management of open order reports.
Customer service, including email and phone communication with customers.
Answering phones and distributing phone calls in a professional manner.
Invoicing customers in Quickbooks.
Processing customer payments in Quickbooks.
Filing of customer invoices, payments and accounts payable.
Ensuring ISO standards are followed in order entry and order management.
Supporting production manager: Tracking scrap on work orders, building work orders in MRP system, maintaining accurate inventory.
Supporting maintenance manager: Document creation, updating parts information and organizing data, data entry.
Supporting operations manager: Changing schedules in MRP system, managing master file control in MRP system.
