We are currently looking for a 3rd Shift Automatic Welder Operator to join our Manufacturing team in our Steel Plant in Holland, MI.
Hours: 10 p - 6 a with Overtime scheduled before the shift and/or on Saturdays
Range of pay: $18.75 - $20.55 based on experience with an extra $1 for Shift Premium
As an Automatic Welder Operator, you will:
Set up and operate machine/equipment to produce quality (as defined by Haworth quality standards) parts per blueprints, product orders, and engineering specifications, within tolerance. Proficiently perform weld parameter adjustments, operator preventive maintenance (PM), and troubleshoots MIG weld and spot weld equipment.

Do you have these required qualifications?
Tenth grade education or equivalent
Six months job specific training
Two years production experience
Six months related welding experience
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
High school diploma or equivalent
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
May require good visual, color, depth perception, and hand/eye coordination.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
Knowledgeable of raw materials and specialized tooling used in work area.
Good communication skills.
Demonstrated manual dexterity and speed.
Ability to work as contributing member within team environment.
Ability to frequently lift/move material weighing up to 50 pounds.
Personal computer (PC) and keyboard/mouse skills preferred.
