Summary: The Associate Director for Diversity Recruitment is responsible for the development and implementation of the University's recruitment plan for increasing underrepresented student populations.
Required Qualifications and Education:
Experience working in a higher education institution.
Experience in recruitment, admissions, and project management.
Experience working in a diverse environment and/or with students from diverse backgrounds.
Evening and weekend work will be required.

Responsibilities - Essential Functions:
Recommend and implement diversity recruitment plan.
Supervise regional recruiters.
Analyze demographic and enrollment data to inform recruitment strategies.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Manage a travel territory including visiting high schools and community colleges.
Review applications and make admissions decisions.
Coordinate Admissions Review Committee.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective student and families, high school partners and community organizations.
