Accounting Support - 13396
Dematic has an immediate need for an Accounting Support team member in our North America Headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. This position requires an individual with professional experience in basic accounting, customer service and with practical experience with SAP or related system. This position will partner with customer contracts to ensure receipts and recording of monthly invoices is done on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
* Creates and submits invoices from customers for a subset of active projects.
* Communicates professionally, timely, and effectively with vendors to manage their accounts.
* Assist with CS/BS/Canadian Collections & Credit Card administration.
* Supports Purchasing and Customer Service teams in vendor management to represent a united Dematic team.
* Coordinates with Accounting team to ensure proper coding and controls.
* Identifies and resolves any invoicing, payment, or other vendor issues.
* Assists with audits as needed.
* Create Monthly Warranty ACH
* Create Customer Credits for returned Spare Parts
* Phone Support for Finance related Customer questions.
* Other ad hoc activities as needed.
