The Director, HR NAC is a key strategic position that requires a senior HR leader who is highly business literate and passionate about delivering on a commitment to excellence with measurable business impact. You will initiate and implement HR business programs and processes that positively impact the business ability to perform successfully, help build a strong community, and enhance the employee experience across the North America Business. You ll build successful business partnerships with senior leaders to provide proactive HR and business guidance. You will develop a talent strategy to support the business strategy. You'll have opportunities to speak up, solve problems, lead others, and be an owner every day as you... * Partner with senior leaders in the North America business units/areas. * Serve in a consultative, coaching, and decision-making role to successfully achieve business goals in a changing, competitive environment. * Lead with a strategic mindset, acting as a strategic partner to the President of North America and Global Operations. * Lead and develop a strong team of HR professionals to support North America Contract, Geiger, and Maharam. * Lead and influence the HR function for the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations and retention, compensation, total rewards, culture development, workforce planning, change management, diversity and inclusion, compliance, organizational development and training, and HR information systems and analytics. * Work with leadership to develop a talent strategy to support the business strategy. * Actively participate in talent recruitment and development. * Provide perspective and knowledge of the marketplace regarding organizational design solutions. * Champion internal communications, employee engagement, and employee surveys to ensure we are one of the best places to work. * Act as a talent broker key driver of growing business and talent. You will lead talent review and succession planning. You ll also ensure we are creating career development learning opportunities for key talent. * Help develop the Global HR strategy and chart of work, ensure it supports the corporate strategy, and promote successful implementation through direct leadership and responsibility. You will work with global centers of excellence to leverage resources and drive consistency. * Work with the Global Compliance and Employee Relations Team on investigations and compliance across North America. * Support the due diligence and integration of acquisitions. * Partner to drive our diversity and inclusion strategy. * Ensure employee matters are handled in line with the corporate values. * Drive innovation across the global HR function and be informed as a senior HR leader on trends regarding the future of work, employee tools, and benefits to make us an employer of choice. * Create measures and metrics which demonstrate the return on investment for HR priorities. * Provide coaching and development to the team and selected leaders. * Complete other projects as required by the business. * Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

You might be just who we're looking for if you have... * A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master s degree preferred. * 10 years of successful professional experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including, but not limited to: talent management, learning and development, change management, executive coaching, performance management, employee relations, and strategy development. * Five years of management or leadership experience partnering with executive teams. * Proven leadership and executive-level experience in strategic planning, solution development, clear judgment and decision making, and complex problem-solving. * The ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and be above reproach on issues of integrity and trust.
