Burnette Foods, Inc. is accepting applications for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor. This is a hands-on position. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Implementing the daily process of production: This includes, maintenance, job assignments, line rotations, and cross training.
Ability to operate (or ability to learn) all canning machinery (including forklifts) and complete daily paperwork.
Providing alternate work during down times.
Reporting any line abnormality and downtime to management.
Responsible for food defense and good manufacturing practices.
Responsible for practicing good safety habits.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience in food manufacturing preferred. Will train on 1st shift then switch to 2nd shift. Candidates must be self-motivated, have strong leadership, work ethics and communication skills.
