Family-oriented and community-focused insurance agency located in McBain, is seeking a hard-working, personable, reliable individual to fill our front desk/customer service position. This person will assist customers with policy changes, billing, document signing, processing endorsements and renewals and much more. The position is all about being able to work well with people and provide top-notch customer service. Therefore, there is a huge emphasis on the candidate being able to relate well to people, while being able to work in time sensitive and high-pressure scenarios proficiently. Having Integrity, treating people with respect and doing the right thing is what our office is all about and expect that from each employee. In addition to a strong focus on customer service, the position will have responsibilities of keeping social media and technology up to date and may also be involved in our marketing and advertising campaigns and other fun projects as needed.
The individual we are looking for will be able to effectively collaborate with management and the office staff to stay updated on new products, services and policies. The individual we are seeking must be organized, a multi-tasker, friendly, and have a willingness to evolve in an ever-changing environment.

High school degree required, additional education preferred
Must be willing to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty license
