Provide recruiting, human resources, and customer service in the Detroit - Warren MI Area
This position manages sourcing and staffing employment opportunities for various positions. A successful candidate must have strong relationship building, ability to screen and "read" people, manage multiple administrative tasks, provide customer service, effectively communicate (written & verbal), and engage with all levels of employees and management personnel.
Ideal candidates will have a strong team approach to service and ability to solve problems in a team environment.
Source, Recruit, Interview, and Conduct established pre-employment screening and on boarding of prospective candidates to meet clients staffing needs.
Successfully match prospective candidates to positions based on skills qualifications, cultural fit, and overall employment experience
Maintain strong Customer Service relationships with our client’s staff in meeting staffing and retention needs and providing employment solutions/alternatives
Establish solid employee relationships through honest and thorough communication with accurate documentation of interactions.
Maintain complete and accurate personnel and client communication documentation and filing requirements.
Oversee on-site training of new hires and ensure safety compliance.
Minimum High School Diploma Required
Work Experience in Recruiting or Staffing and/or College Degree a plus.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background check & drug test.
