The Office Planning Group is looking for motivated individuals for our growing business. We are currently looking to add Business Development Specialists in the following areas: Escanaba, Houghton, and Menominee, Michigan as well as Marinette, Wisconsin.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting and cold calling, both in person and on the phone requiring business to business contact to set up and qualify appointments
- Other duties as assigned
- Learn the office equipment industry
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills a must
- Experience in office products or similar industry a plus
- Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
- Strong presentation and customer service skills required
- Strong relationship skills and pleasant personality with customers and personnel within the organization required
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility required
- Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines, and use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities a must
- Computer and internet knowledge
- Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
