KVM Door Systems is seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will be a reliable, goal oriented, self-starter. We are a family oriented company working in an open environment, so teamwork is a must!
Job requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic office tasks required: Filing, mailing, invoicing, enter bills. Customer service: Answer and route calls. Provide documents and information per customer's request. Assist with customer needs.
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
