The qualified applicant will have a completed associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field, and will possess at least two (2) years of Help Desk or closely related customer service experience in an IS environment. In the absence of a completed degree, at least four (4) years of Help Desk or IS experience will be required. CompTIA, HDI, Microsoft and Cisco Certifications are preferred, though not required to qualify.
