The Manufacturing Specialist is directly responsible for meeting production and quality requirements necessary to meet customer requirements and expectations. This is a hands-on role and requires a high level of pride in workmanship and maintaining a clean safe and productive environment.
Perform assembly of fabricated sub-assemblies and finished products using written instructions, blueprints, fixtures, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
Perform necessary packaging, labeling, and quality control prior to shipment.
Ensure all Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity Goals are met.
Maintain and follow a daily production schedule.
Follow 5s / housekeeping standards.
The candidate can solve problems through analytical problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Other duties as directed.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
1+ years of manufacturing production experience prefered.
Ability to use wrenches, power tools, and measurement equipment.
Packaging experience including but not limited to shrink wrap and boxing and various packaging equipment.
Must be able to read and write English well enough to complete and comprehend instructional forms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Clean Factory - Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift unassisted. Must be able to tolerate the physical and environmental demands of this position with or without accommodations.'
