Must be currently certified as a LPN or RN, able to lift 50 pounds or more, have First Aide and CPR training (or obtain within 30 days of hire), TB test (or obtain within 30 days of hire), pass background and drug test, have good driving record, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
