Executive Director Human Resources-Clean Air
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops implements and oversees Human Resources
strategies, programs, policies and processes that build capability, drive
employee engagement and ensure legal / corporate compliance. Provides
supervision, coaching, and guidance to a team of human resources professionals,
fostering an environment that recognizes and rewards personal development and continuous
improvement initiatives. Partners with business leaders on talent strategies
including organizational design, talent development, talent
acquisition/retention, compensation planning and employee engagement.
Member of the North American, Clean Air Leadership Team
as the HR Leader for the business and member of the Global Clean Air HR
Leadership Team, representing the NA region.
Manages all aspects of HR NA Clean Air Business
including but not limited to: Resource Planning, Talent Identification & Selection,
Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Reviews &
Succession Planning, and HR Metric Development, Measurement & Reporting.
initiatives for North American Business Unit across approximately 20 sites.
Communicates and reinforces the vision of the organization and gains commitment to strategic imparities and organizational goals.
Conducts organizational analyses to evaluate advancement opportunities and replacement / incremental planning needs per Annual Operating Plan.
Evaluates compensation structure for internal equity, competitiveness, and proper positions in range. Administers the compensation program and supports the compensation philosophy.
Counsels leaders, employees, supervisors, and managers regarding conflict resolution, performance and talent management, and human capital related matters.
Assesses training & development needs at all levels formulating a training plan around those needs.
Manages and supports programs that reinforce employee engagement and enhance employee morale and productivity.
Oversees a network of approximately 20 site HRMs to ensure compliance with country / statutory regulations relating to employment practices and wage and salary administration.
Manages and supports employee communications at all levels in the organization.
Participates in and supports corporate wide HR and strategic initiatives.
Drives Continuous Improvement in standard work, seek out opportunities to improve processes and reduce administration.
