Starting wage $27 plus per hour plus shift premium up to $1.00 per hour.
Benefits start Day one for this position - health, dental, life, vision and 6% match for 401K.
To ensure the molding machines run to quality and safety standards while meeting production goals. Perform all safety and housekeeping procedures as required. Report all productions, quality and scrap issues to appropriate Supervisor / Manager as soon as possible.
- Maintain and monitor Quality Standard.
- Maintain and monitor ISO14001 environmental system.
- Responsible for keeping all machines producing quality product.
- Stop the flow of production to correct quality issues and document any findings and/or adjustments on designated form(s).
- Verify process parameters are being followed during machine operation.
- Complete job change set up sheets.
- Keep machine and surrounding areas clean of oil and material.
- Maintain the process log.
- Work with the Quality department to improve process control.
- Trouble-shoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks.
- Set up machines to process book standards.
