Role and Responsibilities
• Handle all parts and service calls that are routed to them.
• Utilize team members as resources to fill in gaps of technical knowledge.
• Determining if a parts or service order needs to be placed and ensuring that this process is completed for the customer.
• Collaborating with vendors to ensure up to date information concerning parts, service and related costs.
• Place any relevant parts orders for customers and authorized dealers.
• Handle the return process should it prove necessary.
• Collaborate with team to put together monthly parts specials.
• Maintain updated service and parts records for all calls in a database that may be later used for more personalized service for customers and dealers.
• Be a conduit of information to Engineering, Production, Sales and other relevant departments about observations being made out in the field concerning in use machines.
• Meet or exceed program support quotas, pursuing sales and other engagements with customers and prospects to further relationships with those areas.
• Continually learn new products and services and methods of presentation for the products, demonstrating ability, skills and knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
• Detail oriented.
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
• High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Sales Training desirable
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Previous sales experience
