We are seeking an honest and dependable delivery driver to help pick up and deliver equipment to and from customer homes and offices. Room for growth within the company
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-430pm $15/hour NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Full time or part time.
Job Duties:
- This is a physical job moving lawn mowers, lawn tractors, zero turns and other small power equipment on and off the trailer.
- This job can be perfect for a retiree looking for supplemental income during portions of the year but may not want the 40 hour weeks all year long
- Obviously must have a clean driving record, be able to pass a drug test and have no problems driving a Silverado type truck with a 20ft flatbed trailer.
- People skills are a must as you are many times the only person they will see from their business.
- This job requires you to be on your own most of the day without supervision. The truck and trailer and a radio with your favorite music will be your best friends! The only time you will see management or coworkers is on your return route and during load up.
- You are outdoors a lot. Rain or shine, people rely on this service so we provide it.
- We expect the truck and trailer are your baby, take care of them, schedule routine maintenance on them when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must have reliable transportation and able to be on time for scheduled shifts
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings (testing, drug screen and criminal background check)
- You must have a clean driving record.
