Perform investigations of significant event deviations along with the corresponding root cause analysis (RCA), impact assessment and trend evaluations.
Lead assigned Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Developments and reviews of trend analysis reports related to the facility scope of work.
Management of the Contractors compliance program (ex. qualification, agreements, audits, performances, etc.).
Oversee the quality/compliance program of building support systems including maintenance of equipment, environmental monitoring systems, HVAC, utilities, and site support services such as calibration, janitorial cleaning, pest control, garments, and shipping/receiving activities.
Manage the site's self-assessment program along with the corrective actions as a result of.
Maintain all infrastructure and compliance documentation for the facility for the purpose of maintaining regulatory compliance with Contractual, Procedural, Federal, State or Local law requirements.
Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
Support and oversee the team's training compliance program along with the review of corresponding training curricula
Ensures appropriate follow up with customers
Seeks to continuously improve quality processes, systems and overall client satisfaction
Provides direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure that quality assurance expectations are communicated and followed.
Performs additional job duties as requests, analysis and reporting
Communicate with Managers to understand site specific and AHJ procedures.
Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance by site.
Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation to create site specific procedures. (SOPs and EOP)
Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated teams.
Developing and executing site specific compliance policies and procedures from existing templates.
Developing and maintaining a compliance recordkeeping system within the CMMS.
Train employees on compliance requirements and create presentations.
Work with E&O and EHS to update compliance requirements and amendments to programs and procedures.
Coordinate reporting of compliance activities completed by in-house staff and 3rd party partners.
In coordination with the Engineering Director's program goals and objectives, and under their guidance and direction. All programs to be presented and approved through the Engineering Director before implementation.
Working with the Technology team CMMS admin and planner /scheduler to institute the account CMMS standards.
Education:
BS or Technical Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management or another related field preferred
Years of Experience:
4 -7 years of applicable experience is desired
Skills/Certifications:
You willhave a background in an Engineering or Facilities Management and a track record in driving delivery of operational facilities management.
Knowledge of Quality Engineering techniques such as Investigations, CAPAs, Audit programs, Vendor Qualification, and Quality Management Systems
Experience working with comprehensive compliance programs is essential and this has been gained by working in retail portfolios, office buildings or critical environments, preferably regionally.
We'll expect you to have a high degree of independence on a day-to-day basis and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Of course, you'll be good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with business partners across the firm.
