Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is currently seeking CDL-A and CDL-B drivers who are familiar with the Metro Detroit area for full-time driving opportunities in Allen Park, MI. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of US driving experience with a valid CDL-A or CDL-B license, a good driving record and tow truck driving experience. Candidates meeting the requirements for this position below are strongly encouraged to apply.
Shift Schedule:
- AM day shift: 11:00 am - 7:45 pm (Monday – Friday + overtime as needed)
- PM night shift: 3:15 pm - 1:15 am (Monday – Friday + overtime as needed)
Requirements of CDLA/B drivers:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid CDLA or CDLB driver's license and a good driving record
- Have an updated DOT card
- Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S. or military equivalent
- Must have tow truck driving experience
- Must be familiar with the Detroit Metro area
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Must be able to read maps and follow direction
- Must have reliable attendance and be able to work overtime/weekends
- Be able and ready to complete all tasks assigned
- Be a self-starter, self-motivated and willing to learn
Preferred Skills:
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Switcher experience
- Hi-lo experience
