Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Install, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain hydraulically and pneumatically operated machinery. Must visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. Will be required to dismantle machines and equipment to gain access to problem areas and inspects parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems. This position is responsible for a broad range of maintenance activities that are performed to keep GNS operations running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications: Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 1 year plus related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a Stamping Manufacturing facility. Working knowledge of PLC's, robotics, Mechanical Stamping and Hydraulic and pneumatic press maintenance. Ability to read blueprints, code requirements, service manuals and manufacturers’ specifications. Hot stamping experience a plus.
