- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 21 years of age
- Associates Degree in Business or related field or 4-years food procurement experience
- 4 years’ related experience in Restaurant & Hospitality Purchasing or other perishable commodity industry
- Working experience with standard concepts, practices, procedures, and language of the food industry
- Working experience using automated inventory or purchasing software
- Serv Safe certification (must obtain within 90 days of employment)
- Valid Driver’s License and be insurable on Company’s Policy
