Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Applications Engineer to join the team. The primary focus of this is role verification Synopsys solutions - simulation and debug platform and System Verilog/UVM/MX Testbench methodology. As a Verification AE, the candidate will be validating verification methodology and solution for customers using Synopsys Verification tools. Engineer is expected to possess in-depth knowledge of RTL simulation and System Verilog/UVM testbench development with strong debugging skills. Candidate should have hands-on experience on UVM, Assertion and Randomized Constraints based verification methodologies.
In this role AE will work on the verification tools and methodologies, develop use cases. The responsibilities include product demonstrations, evaluations, and competitive benchmarking.
Key Qualifications:
BS in CS/EE with 5+ years of experience, or MS in CS/EE with 3+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge of System Verilog/UVM, Verilog and VHDL is required.
Minimum 3+ years of experience with Block Level and SOC Level simulation verification is required
Knowledge of Constrained Random Verification and Code/Functional/Assertions(SVA) Coverage closure
Sharp debugging skills on designs and System Verilog/UVM environment is needed.
Experience with simulation and debugging tools such as VCS, Verdi or equivalent industry tools
Good verbal and written presentation/communication skills and strong organization skills
