Celebration Cinema Mt. Pleasant is looking for a Custodial/Cleaning Crew Lead who will be responsible for overseeing all cleaning within our building. In this role, you will serve as a working supervisor, working alongside the cleaning crew, to ensure a clean, safe and comfortable facility for our employees and guests. You will manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and also perform light maintenance. Your shift begins as our last guests are leaving the building, which can range from 10pm - 2am; most shifts start around midnight.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside and lead the custodial crew in daily cleaning and assist with routine maintenance procedures
- Provide coaching and direct custodial crew with the intention of maintaining a healthy, positive workplace that encourages our core values: Empathy, Courage, Trust and Playfulness
- Assist with the hiring, on-boarding, and training of new staff
- Schedule custodial staff to maximize labor efficiency
- Partner with Facilities Mgr. and Theatre Mgmt. to develop plans and strategies for cleaning and maintenance of the building and to communicate/collaborate on needs and ideas to improve culture and overall appearance of the building
- Order maintenance and cleaning supplies, including proper protection equipment, in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Perform pro-active routine inspections of the building and grounds with the intent of issuing repair and preventing potential concerns
- Collaborate with vendors, management, and cleaning staff at other locations to ensure compliance and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance that includes, but is not limited to seat repair, light bulb replacement, minor equipment repairs, power washing, etc.
- Perform seasonal duties such as landscaping and snow removal, as needed
- All other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of cleaning experience required
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience required
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hour work weeks
- Flexible schedule - Typical start time is 12am, but can vary between 10pm - 2 am
- Ability to work 8 or more hours on feet per shift and be able to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs and frequently lift as much as 50 lb
- Maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, quickly and efficiently, solve problems, and take initiative
