What youll accomplish:
* Establish influential partnerships with key vendors, customers, and internal teams. * Assist Account Executives with the on-going management of key accounts which include attending meetings/calls they have with their customer * Responsible for timely and accurate support within our established turnaround time guidelines which include, but not limited to preparation and updates of product and software quotes and Statement of Work * Develop strong professional working relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues * Understand the customers key drivers from both business and IT perspectives, and develop relevant solutions to meet customer needs * Process deals for special pricing with key partners (HP, Cisco, EMC, Dell) and insuring timely turnaround approvals * Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding product and software quotes within our established turnaround time guidelines * Develop expertise in all OEM products, software and all the different OEM special pricing guidelines * Validate cost and configuration on quotes from distribution * Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities * Builds strong acumen of OSTs business including services, customers and overall goals and strategies in order to provide guidance and insights * Setting up regular cadences with your dedicated account executive to review all of their opportunities to ensure that the information is up to date and accurate in CRM. * Assist your dedicated account executive with all NetSuite/CRM processes (i.e. Opportunities and Sales Orders) * Create ad hoc reports as needed by business * Leverage your knowledge and understanding of how we support our sales team and delivery teams in order to provide support and escalation * Identify and implement best practices and support the continuous improvement of processes and quality standards for product and delivery services * Empowered to pull together the right people/teams across the organization to keep the presales cycle moving for our sales team
