Responsible for managing the service and technical operations of a wireless refurbishing center in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures. Manager's responsibilities include developing and implementing new procedures to increase productivity and performance of all personnel, identifying loss prevention measures and inventory management. Position ensures that production goals are met on a consistent basis, designing and implementing improved processes or operational policies. Position holder must be familiar with a variety of leadership concepts, practices, and procedures, especially as related to a production environment, relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Specific duties include the following: direct supervision of production, inventory process, and day-to-day operations; managing and maintaining production goals and other related projects; implementing, maintaining, and documenting device tracking and inventory management; monitoring the workload and optimizing the number of employees in the process to correpsond witht the company's needs; analyzing current processes, quality standards, and methodology for continous improvement; identifying staffing needs and communicating with HR; maintaining a well-balanced and well trained workforce; implementing, providing training, and documenting processes and procedures to test and certify refurbished cell phones; conducting and completing subordinate annual reviews; ensuring that all outgoing orders are shipped correctly and in a timely manner; tracking performance data andreporting results as they relate to contract agreement; reporting any performance variations within 24 hours with an action plan; ensuring that all associates are treated fairly and equitably as documented in the employee handbook; preparing and submiting financial reporting daily and monthly for the facility;
developing a positive working relationship with all departments for facilitating a team oriented atmosphere; developing, documenting, and managing all related risk assessments, and , maintaining a safe work environment; and being able to take on new assignments as needed regardless of existing workload.
