Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is now hiring Full-time Emission Maintenance Technicians for an automotive Tier 1 supplier in Dearborn, MI. We are seeking individuals with analytical and sampling system repair experience to join our team. The prospective individuals will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, quality control and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of emission systems within the laboratory. The prospective candidates should have dynamometer/chassis test and /or analytical & sampling system repair experience. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair test sites to ensure reliable, continuous operation
- Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate vendor support when needed
- Manage inventory of consumables and spare parts
- Log daily site status and support a three-shift operation
- Support power-train emissions development, U.S. Certification, Homologation, & Vehicle Engineering (VE) problem resolution
- Take on additional tasks that advance corporate objectives
- Collaborate across multiple labs as needed
Shift:
- AM day shift: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday + overtime as needed)
- PM night shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Monday - Friday + overtime as needed)
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule between 6am & 11pm

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in emission laboratory maintenance and site repair
Preferred:
- Knowledge of basic chemistry
- Proven experience with data analysis
- Knowledge of analytical & sampling systems
- Knowledge of diesel testing process
- Ability to analyze and solve system issues
- Proven power-train experience
- Motivated/Self starter
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to adjust to changing requirements
