ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned
- Quality system knowledge including the quality manual, quality policy, and applicable procedures and work instructions.
- Answers telephone and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Domestic order entry following applicable work instructions
- Communicate accurate ship dates and lead times, working closely with supply chain
- Manage multiple email inboxes, answering or delegating all inquiries related to orders, pricing, etc.
- Maintain relationship with customers by providing excellent customer service, weekly open orders reports, and timely responses via email or telephone
- Work directly with customers, and internal departments to resolve service issues
- Initiate product complaints in ETQ
- Verify orders are accurately allocated and filled within the requested timeframe
- Process returns from customers
- Process shipping discrepancies when reported by the customer
- Assist as needed with short paid invoices and any invoice discrepancies
- Assist in the implementing and updating of work instructions
- Establish and monitor plan for coverage when out of office or traveling
- Projects related to improving international processes
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent Oral Communications skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
