Receive and bale materials not utilized in other feed streams. Load materials onto a floor conveyor, break down gaylords, and stack skids. Assist the Baler Lead Operator and 2nd Man down with all other duties when conveyor is full.
-High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
-one to three months related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Plastics 101 (provided by Bata Plastics, Inc.)
-Lock-out training (provided by Bata Plastics, Inc.)
-Confined Space training (provided by Bata Plastics, Inc.)
-Hand Tool training (provided by Bata Plastics, Inc.)
