Howmet Engine Systems is currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Commercial Sales and Marketing team. This opening will fill a key role in the Howmet Engines Commercial organization and be responsible for leading all BU marketing and strategic planning activity. This highly motivated team leader will work closely with the global account management team and operational locations on the development and implementation of contract/price strategy, market positioning, and revenue planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee marketing and strategic planning organizations comprised of seven (7) direct reports
Serve as liaison between Business Unit and Corporate FP&A in support of all market and revenue data requests
Support to BU President for Investor Relations inquiries as it pertains to end markets, customers and products
Lead preparation for the commercial section of the QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) including workbook population and executive summary slides on key topics such as:
Revenue outlook by market
Contract campaigns
Pricing evolution (actual and forecast)
Market share by product and customer
Competitive landscape
Shipset value and margin
Strategic commercial initiatives
Lead annual strategic planning process pertaining to 3-year revenue outlook
Provide strategic guidance and leadership for all LTA renewal activity
Construct commercial contract submissions for internal governance / corporate approvals
Oversight of central depository for contract due diligence, completed contracts and all amendments
Partner with account teams on strategic new business bids
Provides leadership and oversight of BU-wide monthly demand planning activities
Works closely with R&D on commercializing new technology offerings
Support business case development for growth investments
Maintains critical engine market maps, including current share condition and target products
Develop marketing and strategic planning personnel for commercial succession planning pipeline
Support to Account Management Teams on preparation for key tollgate customer EMM's (Executive Management Meetings)
**Location Flexible - Candidates who can work from any Howmet Engines location may be considered** Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in operational management, strategic planning, sales and/or marketing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree from an accredited institution
Exceptional Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint Presentations)
Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills in support of business planning, strategy development/deployment, relationship management and conflict resolution
Effective negotiating and influence skills at all organizational levels internally and externally
Industry Experience in the Aerospace and/or power generation markets
Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships
Strong leadership capability and experience managing a team of sales/marketing professionals
