Senior Unity Developer
As a Senior Unity Developer, you are a systematic and conceptual thinker, who is passionate about helping clients build 3D configurations. You excel at building technical and business relationships with clients and can identify the core business problems organizations are trying to solve and connect and articulate technology with measurable business value. You will serve as a Unity mentor for our internal teams.

Develop and maintain solutions for clients. Solutions consist of client’s product offering represented in 2D and 3D, with costing, business logic, and error prevention

Work with support/QA team to analyze and resolve defects

Contribute towards continuous improvement in both code and process

Develop best practices and approaches to working with Unity within OST

Consult best practices with internal staff, and clients to ensure that they are implemented effectively and efficiently when appropriate

Mentor less experienced members of the Configurations Services team

Provide demos, consultative support, and find opportunities to grow business within existing client accounts

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems. Math or related field of study.

At least 5+ years of development experience

3+ years experience with Unity

Passionate about programming?

5+ years experience in C++, C#, Java, or any other object-oriented language?

Excellent written and verbal communication skills?

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Experience in agile development process such as SCRUM??

Experience with structuring code for projects?
