Job Description
**$1000 SIGN ON BONUS- paid in four installments starting with your first paycheck and continuing through first year anniversary. We are looking for CENAs to join our 5 Star Facility team! We are looking for employees that embrace the changing health-care environment and are dedicated to providing excellent care to our residents.
Essential Functions:
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the Community.
- Assist in room changes
- Assist in transporting residents to other areas of the building.
- Wheelchair washing
- Assist in food tray delivery, preparation of condiments and pickup.
- Assist CNA with resident-room tasks such as making beds, emptying soiled linen hampers, clean high touch surfaces, empty waste baskets.
- Record food and fluid intake on meal ticket.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and coworkers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a team
- Customer service skills preferred
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No experience required.
