We are seeking aManager, Client Experience Digital who is a main day-to-day Client contact. The ideal candidate is someone who has previous client management experience, a strong interestand aptitudein social mediaplatformwork,and a foundation of integrated digital media skills. You'll also be expected towork within an integratedteam, working with account, creative and analytics functions toensure flawless strategic execution of the client business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement innovative social brand strategies that are integrated with overall client marketing objectives/goals
- Collaborate with agency partners (e.g.media) to develop and implement integrated media strategy, media planning and program execution
- Lead development of social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement for social channels
- Define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods to gauge success, providing key data and analysis of digital/social media campaigns to clients as well as internal account and management staff
- Develop a strong understanding of the client's business and target audience
- Support creative ideation on a consistent basis and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Assist with drafting and managing of cross-functional team briefs
- Lead and execute key community management functions with a client-side team, including content planning and execution
- Develop and track against client scopes of work

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years related professional experience
