Lacks Enterprises, Inc., is looking for machine operators to work split shifts on 2nd and 3rd in one of our Kentwood based Plastic Mold Injection facilities. We're looking not only experienced workers, but people willing to learn and grow with the process. These are Direct Hire positions! These positions start between $13 and $14 an hour depending on experience with an additional $1 per hour shift premium.
Responsibilities vary by position, but all jobs require:
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical and background check
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day
- Working in a team oriented environment
- Using a computer to read and follow written work instructions
- Ability to work overtime
