Primary Duties
- Greet, welcome and direct visitors
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Answer, place and redirect phone calls
- Receive and sort daily mail
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing

- Maintaining confidential information
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multitasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
- Integrity, professionalism and strong work ethic

- Experience in the legal field or other professional office setting preferred, not required
