What you will be doing: You will be partnering with business and functional leaders and a variety of finance and cross-functional teams in support of operations financial metrics, day-to-day and project decision support and assisting operations leadership in making sound financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include: operations metric reporting, labor planning and reporting, and continuous improvement of processes and systems, ensuring that effective accounting controls are maintained.With minimal coaching and direction, you will be performing a wide range of analyses which require a deep understanding of the business and advanced level of broad analytical skills.Finally, you will be expected to identify issues and make recommendations supported by analysis and sound business insights.

Education/Experience* Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required
* 4-6 years applicable experience
* CPA or MBA preferred
