We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist for our Marshall, Michigan plant to contribute to our Clean Air business group. You will deliver continuous improvement training and activities throughout the plant while serving as the subject matter expert on CI. Our top candidate will have proven experience leading and growing a culture of CI and its activities within a plant environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Facilitate projects aimed at generating CI techniques, cost reductions, and process improvements.
- Provide efficient leadership and cost effective integration of CI, creating operational excellence.
- Maintain CI implementation schedules for assigned projects, progress updates as required, and most importantly, provide documentation that demonstrates the direct link between CI implementation and process and Plant Operations improvements.
- Support production control, material control, material planning departments in improvement projects relating to scheduling inventory management and raw material flow and tracking.
- Interface with plant engineering on projects addressing staffing, manpower, time and capacity analysis.
- Works with process owner to develop value stream map for each process and each value stream family within the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations within a large manufacturing facility.
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and/or has Master Black Belt certification.
