Education and/or qualifications preferred:
• 2-3 years' hospitality experience with a working knowledge of food production and bar service
• Serv Safe Certified
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment comfortably and professionally
• Skilled with computers including POS systems with a Windows-based format
• Skilled in establishing priorities and managing workload but able to follow directions
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and able to work most, if not all of the concerts
Working Conditions: Ever changing fast paced environment in a cultural organization with an educational, botanical and art based setting. Very customer service oriented work with a high level of social contact. Requires multi-tasking and a verity of communications; oral and written. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, assist with physical labor and be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
