About this Opportunity
Leads global treasury activities - corporate financial management, capital markets and funding, money management and financial risk management. Oversees the activities of the corporate tax department and maximizes global profitability and sustainability by minimizing tax liability.
What You'll Do

- Participate in the development of long-range business planning, and partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to drive efficiencies and improvements relating to earnings, capital, and liquidity.
- Establishes and implements policies and manages ongoing activities related to the company's capital structure and financial flexibility, i.e. debt/equity structure, dividend policy, share repurchase activity.
- Establishes policies for identification and management of the company's financial risk related to interest rates and foreign currencies.
- Manages the company's capital market and funding activities to ensure adequate, cost-effective sources of cash to fund strategic initiatives (private, public, and bank sources of debt and equity markets).
- Oversee the identification of tax exposures and ensure that appropriate considerations are made in the determination of tax provisions communicated to the Board of Directors, CFO and disclosed publicly as appropriate.
- Oversees the corporate cash management function to ensure optimal use of cash, short-term debt, and investment instruments.
- Responsible for maximizing global profitability and sustainability by minimizing tax liability.
- Coaches, mentors and develops leaders; ensures the organization is identifying and grooming next level leaders; leading in succession planning activities for their functional area.

- Bachelor's Degree Years in Finance or Accounting.
- Expert ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Highly adept at leading through influence, setting direction and delivering results.

- Proven strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop sound, long-term customer relationships and the ability to influence customers.
- Strong relationship and consensus-building skills necessary to manage projects in a complex matrixed environment. Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work with all levels in the organization.
- Demonstrated expert written/verbal communication skills, and a proven capability to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to a variety of audiences including the highest level of the organization.
- Demonstrated excellent coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
- Easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions
