Summit Mfg. Corporation and Longspan Mfg. Corp., located in Gaylord, MI are growing and seeking to add general labor/industrial assembly team members.
SMC and LMC are in the industry of manufacturing material and air handling equipment. Team members are needed for general labor and industrial assembly work which may include welding, grinding, print reading, the use of a variety of tools, fork life utilization, and more. On-the-job training is available, but applicants are expected to have basic knowledge of hand tools, an ability to consistently and accurately use a tape measure, and proven success in hands-on work. Manufacturing experience is valuable for success in this role, but not necessary. Team members consistently have an opportunity to work overtime so this role is fitting for someone with a strong drive for growth.
