Patriot Steel Works, LLC, (PSW) in Evart, MI is seeking candidates for full-time opportunities in manufacturing.
PSW is interested in finding talented hard working team members that are willing to learn and grow. No experience is necessary, and we are willing to train those that have an aptitude for hands on work. People with manufacturing experience would be preferred. Skilled machine operators, press brake operators, fork truck drivers, or grinders would also have an advantage in hiring selection and starting pay.
Those with the ability to quickly learn new skills and a desire to add value will find opportunities to move up quickly. PSW employees are essential to producing quality products for the growing material handling industry.
Starting pay ranges from $15 to $18 depending on experience and skills set, with an opportunity to move up from there with regular evaluations.
New hires will train on 1st shift and move to 3rd after training is complete (2-3 weeks). After that opportunities to move shifts will be available to the most qualified. There is no 2nd shift and no weekends. Shifts are 10 hours, 5 days per week.
